Well, I have begun doing a little physical training, which i've enjoyed, but i've really been focusing on improving my flexiblity, mobility, toughening up my feet, and balance. I've been doing a bit of tree climbing to become more comfortable at heights again, though i've had to cut down on any of that right now as my wrist tightened up out of nowhere the other day. It's getting better, but that's a little annoying.
I'm hoping that i'll make it through baseball season unscathed, then i can begin to train hard. In the meantime, i'm just enjoying my summer.
